Felony Arrests

Daniel Angel Rodriguez, 22, of the 600 block of Queens Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Department of Corrections at 8:35 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, on the 1600 block of Bogue Road on suspicion of felony possession of a firearm and bringing a controlled substance into a jail. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Samuel Sanford, 18, of the 300 block of Del Norte Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11:20 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, on the 900 block of Plumas Street on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Christina Nichole Pineda, 18, of Woodland, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 10:10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, on suspicion of spousal abuse and driving under the influence. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Israil Quintana Gallardo, 24, of the 1600 block of Seventh Street, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 5 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, at headquarters on suspicion of robbery, battery with serious bodily injury and participation in a criminal street gang. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Concepcion Alvizar, 18, of Melton Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 5 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, at headquarters on suspicion of robbery, battery with serious bodily injury and participation in a criminal street gang. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Jaime Garcia Ferreyra, 22, of the 1700 block of Maplehurst Street, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 5 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, at headquarters on suspicion of robbery, battery with serious bodily injury and participation in a criminal street gang. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Luis Miguel Aldana, 24, of the 1500 block of Cress Way, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 8:44 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, at his residence on suspicion of robbery, battery with serious bodily injury and participation in a criminal street gang. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Chad Christopher Andes, 40, of the 2700 block of Highway 99, Biggs, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 11:05 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, at the Butte County line on suspicion of assault causing grave bodily injury with a deadly weapon other than a firearm and a hit and run. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Jason Douglas Stewart, 30, of the 1000 block of Hedge Avenue, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 9:38 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, at Sixth and Eighth streets on suspicion of cruelty to a child and driving under the influence. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
