Felony Arrests

Daniel C. Silvas, 39, of the 2200 block of Leslie Court, Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 7 p.m. Feb. 19 on N Street on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and transporting a controlled substance. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Sandy Keovilayphone, 27, of the 1700 block of Linda Avenue, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 10:47 a.m. Feb. 19 in the 5900 block of Grove Avenue on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. She was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Lana D. Mallory, 29, of the 1400 block of Germaine Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 2:18 p.m. Feb. 19 in the 800 block of J Street on suspicion of petty theft with priors. She was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
