Felony Arrests
Lynnise M. Owens, 22, of the 1700 block of Hammonton-Smartsville Road, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 7:20 p.m. Sept. 17 at her home on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. She was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
Larry P. Mays Jr., 39, of the 500 block of Third Street, Wheatland, was arrested by the Wheatland Police Department at 2:49 a.m. Sept. 16 in the 300 block of Main Street on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
Raymond C. Hand, 50, of the 5200 block of Lindhurst Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 11 p.m. Sept. 16 in the 1000 block of Grand Avenue on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
Sylvia M. Burns, 27, of Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 4:20 p.m. Sept. 16 in the 1200 block of Colusa Avenue on suspicion of burglary and petty theft with priors. She was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
Aaron M. Mireles, 36, of the 2200 block of Anita Way, Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 8:40 p.m. Sept. 16 at his home on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
Danny L. Gibbel, 55, of Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 11:37 p.m. Sept. 16 in the 1000 block of Harter Parkway on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
Dennis E. Bowman, 18, of the 1600 block of Tres Picos Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 5:02 a.m. Sept. 17 on Live Oak Boulevard on suspicion of burglary, driving a car without owner consent, and committing a felony while out on bail on a prior charge. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
Moises Urquidez, 28, of the 1200 block of Kenny Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:25 a.m. Sept. 15 at his home on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
