Felony Arrests

Darryl Donny Lee Nash, 31, of the 3100 block of Live Oak Boulevard, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Office at 7:24 p.m. Sept. 30 at his residence on suspicion of burglary and false imprisonment. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Guillermo Alcala Lara, 46, of the 1100 block of Franklin Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Office at 9:39 a.m. Oct. 1 at the jail on suspicion of marijuana cultivation. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Sandra Giselia Shubat, 30, and James Lloyd Lewis, 29, both of Marysville, were arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Office at 7 p.m. Sept. 30 in the 1100 block of North Beale Road on suspicion of corporal injury to spouse or cohabitant .Both were booked into Yuba County Jail.

Torin Wayne Graham, 19, of the 1900 block of Briarwood Court, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3:30 a.m. Sept. 30 at Franklin Road and Highway 99. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Osmin Palencia, 28, of the 1200 block of Pine Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 11:26 p.m. Sept. 29 at 15th Street and Swezy. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Jesse Scott Kinsman, 29, of Rocklin, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Office at 9:48 p.m. Sept. 30 in the 1100 block of North Beale Road. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
