Felony Arrests
Jody L. Garcia, 44, of the 1800 block of North Beale Road, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 1:23 a.m. Oct. 1 at her home on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. She was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
Lance C. Padgett, 31, of the 1000 block of Sweezy Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 1:38 a.m. Oct. 1 at his home on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
Felipe A. Valencia, 33, of the 1100 block of Nickel Lane, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 9:15 p.m. Oct. 1 on Woodleaf Drive on suspicion of making criminal threats, assault with a deadly weapon and false imprisonment. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
Mathew W. Baggs, 29, of the 1800 block of Baugh Street, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:39 a.m. Oct. 2 in the 800 block of Cooper Avenue on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
Carlinea V. Martin, 39, of the 400 block of Garden Highway, Yuba City, was arrested by the 10:02 p.m. Oct. 1 near her home on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. She was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
Joseph B. Salcedo, 32, of Gridley, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:35 a.m. Oct. 4 on Highway 99 at Oswald Drive on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, a misdemeanor. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
Juan F. Servin III, 23, of the 500 block of B Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11:48 p.m. Oct. 3 in the 500 block of Gray Avenue on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
Kyle M. Kudrna-Stahlman, 22, of the 5600 block of Arboga Road, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 3 at his home on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
