Felony Arrests

Delmer R. Holt, 52, of the 1900 block of Hammonton-Smartsville Road, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 8:59 p.m. Nov. 15 at his home on suspicion of burglary, conspiracy and possession of forged notes. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Gino R. Ynclan, 40, of Yuba City, was arrested by the state Department of Corrections at 5:07 p.m. Nov. 15 in the 600 block of Kiley Avenue on suspicion of receiving stolen property. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Gary E. Shipman, 41, of the 5300 block of Feather River Boulevard, Linda, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 8:45 p.m. Nov. 15 on Bogue Road on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of concentrated cannabis and committing a felony while out of jail on a prior charge. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Influence arrests

Humberto Alvarado, 23, of the 1700 block of Franklin Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:20 a.m. Nov. 16 on Jeffrey Drive. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Jaime S. Menchaca, 21, of the 3000 block of Epperson Way, Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 1:55 a.m. on Highway 99. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
