Felony Arrests

Rebecca L. Haviland, 39, of the 11000 block of Township Road, Browns Valley, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 4:48 p.m. Nov. 19 on Feather River Boulevard on suspicion of elder abuse, theft from a dependent adult and assault with a deadly weapon. She was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Glenn F. Vanvliet, 36, of the 1800 block of Hile Avenue, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 7:39 p.m. Nov. 17 at his home on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Miguel A. Collazo, 36, of the 7600 block of Plantz Road, Hallwood, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3:45 a.m. Nov. 19 on Garden Highway on suspicion of theft and receiving stolen property. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Driving Under the Influence arrests

Nicholas J. Lafranchi, 22, of the first block of Freeman Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 3:24 a.m. Nov. 18 on East 10th Street. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Garrett J. Hill, 24, of the 1900 block of Beverly Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:30 p.m. Nov. 16 on Feather River Boulevard. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Vincent W. Montoya, 34, of the 700 block of Almond Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:10 p.m. Nov. 17 at Riverside and Almond Avenue. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
