Felony Arrests

James B. Lovelady, 28, of the 1900 block of Sunset Avenue, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 8:40 a.m. Dec. 4 on North Beale Road on suspicion of possession of a concealed dagger. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

James D. Butterworth, 22, of the 15000 block of Frenchtown Road, Brownsville, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 11:06 p.m. Dec. 3 on Loma Rica Road on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Joe W. Yaney, 52, of the 1100 block of Live Oak Boulevard, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9:10 a.m. Dec. 4 on Central Street on suspicion of driving a car without owner consent and receiving stolen property. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Evaristo C. Fontanilla, 33, of the 1400 block of Bridge Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:57 p.m. Dec. 4 near his home on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Glenn A. Culpepper, 48, of the 400 block of Neil Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 5:50 a.m. Dec. 5 at his home on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Mike E. Morales, 30, of Lakeport, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:28 a.m. Dec. 4 on Highway 20 on suspicion of transporting marijuana for sale and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, a misdemeanor. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Timothy M. Howell, 44, of Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 1:08 a.m. Dec. 4 in the 9000 block of Broadway on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Jason W. Copeland, 36, of the 1400 block of Whyler Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 2:38 p.m. Dec. 4 in the 1100 block of Civic Center Boulevard. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Timothy R. Burke, 58, of Robins, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:57 p.m. Dec. 4 on Highway 70. He was booked into the Sutter County jail.
