Felony Arrests

Andrew Ray Kirk, 23, homeless, of Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 6:30 a.m. Dec. 8 in the 400 block of Park Avenue on suspicion of receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Marcus Wayne Kissel, 29, of the 600 block of Kiley Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 8:10 a.m. Dec. 8 on Bridge Street on suspicion of a controlled substance. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Jon Terry Patterson, Jr., 45, of the 3000 block of Nystrom Court, Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Office at 11:27 a.m. Dec. 8 at his home on suspicion of receiving stolen property and driving a car without the owner's consent. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Osmin Moses Palencia, 28, homeless, of Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2:45 a.m. Dec. 9 at Teagarden and Plumas Street on suspicion of receiving stolen property and driving a car without the owner's consent. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Michael Wayne Johnson, 41, of the 4800 block of Beaver Lane, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Office at 3:45 p.m. Dec. 8 in the 1500 block of North Beale Road, Linda, on suspicion of unlawfully taking a vehicle, stolen property, and petty theft with priors. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Luis Flores Luna, 33, of the 300 block of McRae Way, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:32 a.m. Dec. 9 on Highway 99 south of Richland Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Arnoldo Maldonado-Rojas, 41, of the 1500 block of Seventh Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2:15 a.m. Dec. 9 on Rice Way west of Clark Avenue. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Nolan Frederick Macias, 28, of the 900 block of East 22nd Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Office at 2:11 a.m. Dec. 9 in the 6600 block of Franklin Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Martin Raya, 31, of the 1100 block of Grand Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:50 a.m. Dec. 9 at Fourth and E Streets, Marysville. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
