Felony Arrests

Timothy M. Anderson, 21, of the 5000 block of Chestnut Street, Olivehurst, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol in Marysville on suspicion of receiving stolen property and altering vehicle registration information. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Gabriel M. Chapman, 36, of the 300 block of Del Norte Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9:46 a.m. Jan. 18 in the 100 block of Harter Parkway on suspicion of burglary and being an ex-felon in possession of a firearm. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Driving Under the Influence Arrests

Sandra Guzman, 23, of the 1800 block of Meadow Court, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 1:45 a.m. Jan. 19 at Franklin and Percy avenues. She was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Stacy A. Garvin Jr., 29, of the 9600 block of Cannon Way, Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 4:59 p.m. Jan. 18 in the 2500 block of Ivy Street. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Ryan J. Haak, 25, of the 300 block of East 16th Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 12:10 a.m. Jan. 19 on Yolo Street. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
