Felony Arrests

Alfredo Villareal Banuelos, 26, of the 2400 block of Elm Street, Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 7:05 a.m. Jan. 17 in the 2400 block of Elm Street on suspicion of cruelty to a child and threatening a crime or great bodily injury. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Daniel Frias-Ramirez, 20, of the 600 block of Grant Avenue, Arbuckle, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 5:18 p.m. Jan. 20 at George Washington Boulevard and Colusa Highway on suspicion of hit-and-run accident with injury and driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Dennis Leon Roberson, 53, of Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 6 p.m. Jan. 20 in the 1100 block of North Beale Road, Linda, on suspicion of petty theft with priors. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Elishia Renee Navarrete of Sacramento was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 11:08 p.m. Jan. 20 on Highway 70 south of Olivehurst on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Driving Under the Influence Arrests

Leo Calderon Gomez, 20, of the 6000 block of Gossett Way, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 2:36 a.m. Jan. 20 at Lowe Avenue and North Beale Road. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Donald Dee Miller Jr., 38, of the 6000 block of Alpine Way, Linda, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:19 p.m. Jan. 20 on Grove Avenue. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Bradley Jay Harwood, 41, of the 1700 block of Marin Court, Plumas Lake, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:35 p.m. Jan. 20 on Dry Gulch Trail for hit and run and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
