Felony Arrests

Nichalos J. LaFranchi, 22, of the 11000 block of Hill Road, Loma Rica, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 7 a.m. Jan. 25 in the 1500 block of Poole Boulevard on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant, false imprisonment, willful child cruelty and damaging a power line. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

David de Jesus Gonzales, 21, of Sacramento, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 6:24 p.m. Jan. 24 at Gray and Ainsley avenues on suspicion of possession of marijuana for sale and transporting marijuana. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Alvin E. Chambers, 41, of the 1800 block of Park Circle, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 3 p.m. Jan. 24 in the 200 block of Fifth Street on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Joseph Duran, 36, of the 6000 block of Alberta Avenue, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 10:05 a.m. Jan. 24 in the 1500 block of Hammonton-Smartsville Road on suspicion of taking a vehicle without owner consent and inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Marcos A. Samora, 45, of the 5900 block of Park Avenue, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at noon Jan. 24 on North Beale Road on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Driving Under the Influence arrests

Angel E. Villegas, 28, of the 800 block of Ross Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2 p.m. Jan. 24 on Harter Parkway. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Brandin J. Miller, 21, of the 6000 block of Griffith Avenue, Linda, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:58 a.m. Jan. 25 on Highway 20. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

George E. Adams, Jr., 24, of Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 24 on Highway 20. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Karressa A. Shields, 20, of the 1800 block of Hammonton-Smartsville Road, Linda, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 3:13 a.m. Jan. 23 at Sixth and D streets. She was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Jeremy D. Jones, 34, of the 1200 block of Barbara Way, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 7:20 p.m. Jan. 23 at his home. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Charles C. Jennings, 56, of the 1900 block of Elmer Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 8:26 p.m. Jan. 23 on Butte House Road. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Ronald A. del Bianco, 43, of the 9500 block of Poplar Way, Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 10:34 p.m. Jan. 23 on Poplar Way. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
