Felony Arrests
Jerwayne Kili Roeno Holman, 35, of the 600 block of Elm Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 4:02 p.m. Feb. 3 at his home on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Veronica Hand, 41, of the 1000 block of Maryland Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 7:26 p.m. Feb. 3 in the 1000 block of Marilyn Avenue on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Aaron Nicklaus Sullivan, 34, of Rio Linda, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 5:37 p.m. Feb. 3 at K and Fourth Streets on suspicion of receiving stolen property. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Yevgeniy Frolov, 27, of Carmichael, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:50 p.m. Feb. 3 at Simpson Lane and Babbington Road on suspicion of taking a vehicle without consent and receiving stolen property. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Monica Rae White, 27, of Oroville, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 5:30 a.m. Feb. 3 in the 1600 block of North Beale Road on suspicion of taking a vehicle without consent. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Austin James Tipton, 21, of the 1800 block of Kenwood Way, Linda, was arrested by the Wheatland Police Department at 2:30 a.m. Feb. 3 at Highway 65 and First Street on suspicion of evading police and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Romaldo Gomez Nunez, 47, of Ramirez Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 8:09 p.m. at Feb. 3 at East First Street at Rubel Street. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
