FELONY ARRESTS

Douglas P. Marshall, 35, of the 1400 block of Germaine Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 8:45 p.m. Feb. 18 at his home on suspicion of spousal abuse. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Megan A. Miller, 20, of Oroville, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 7:20 p.m. Feb. 18 in the 1000 block of Highway 99 on suspicion of burglary. She was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Danielle N. Fitch, 25, of the 700 block of Zupan Way, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2:35 a.m. Feb. 17 on the 900 block of Gray Avenue, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Joshua R. Jones, 32, of the 2700 block of California Street, Sutter, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 8 p.m. Feb. 16 on the 2300 block of Hooper Road, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Shane A. Daniel, 28, of the 500 block of King Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 5:30 p.m. Feb. 16 near Del Norte Avenue and Plumas Street, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

William A. Hibbens, 43, of the 3800 block of Arkano Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 10:17 a.m. Feb. 16 on the 1400 block of Crescent Court, on suspicion of obstructing or resisting an executive officer. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Richard J. Sheats II, 50, of the 30 block of Third Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 2:39 a.m. Feb. 17 near Sixth Street, on suspicion of burglary. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Mackenzie J. Potoczny, 23, of the 700 block of Chestnut Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 10:40 a.m. Feb. 17 on the 1200 block of Pine Street, on suspicion of receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit a crime. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

David S. Branham, 31, of the 1700 block of Shoreline Drive, Linda, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 1:45 p.m. Feb. 17 on the 1200 block of Pine Street on suspicion of receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit a crime. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Fabian J. Gonzales, 26, of the 700 block of F Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 6:07 p.m. Feb. 17 at his home on suspicion of committing corporal injury to a spouse or coinhabitant and false imprisonment. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Jose G. Lemos, 42, of Santa Rosa, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 1:30 a.m. Feb. 18 on the 6100 block of Dunning Avenue on suspicion of taking a vehicle without consent and receiving a stolen vehicle. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Monte S. Head, 50, of the 500 block of Gray Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 1:28 a.m. Feb. 18 near G and 12th streets on suspicion of transporting or selling narcotics and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Jaime R. Wideman, 22, of the 1400 block of Ardmore Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 12:10 a.m. Feb. 18 on the 1100 block of North Beale Road on suspicion of burglary. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

Ronald A. Del Bianco, 43, of the 9500 block of Poplar Way, Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 6:45 p.m. Feb. 17 near Highway 99 and Kola Street. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Nazario Arroyo-Antunez, 21, of Birmingham, Ala., was arrested by California Highway Patrol at 3:54 a.m. Feb. 17 on Garden Highway south of Wilson Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Danny L. Sullivan, 23, of the 600 block of East 16th Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 12:46 a.m. Feb. 16 near Ninth and E streets. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
