Felony Arrests
Joseph Duran, 36, of the 6100 block of Alberta Avenue, Linda, was arrested at 9:34 a.m. Saturday on the 1500 block of Hammonton Road by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Maria Dalia Tapia, 18, of the 800 block of 14th Street, Marysville, was arrested at 8 p.m. Saturday by the Yuba City Police Department on suspicion of burglary. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
John Joseph Brick, 45, of the 2000 block of Del Pero Street, Marysville, was arrested at 4:01 p.m. Saturday by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at Pasado Road and South Gledhill Avenue on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Julio Cesar Giuarin-Sosa, 43, of Salinas, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. Saturday by the Yuba City Police Department on suspicion of sexual battery and molestation of a minor. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Judy May Burton, 51, of Taft, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. Sunday at 12th and D streets by the Marysville Police Department on suspicion of possession of a controlled narcotic and cruelty to a child. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Ashley Nichole Mossi, 23, of the 700 block of Virginia Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. Saturday by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at Pacific Avenue south of Nicolaus Avenue on suspicion of possession of a disguised firearm and conspiracy. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Maria Godinez Fernandez, 27, of the 300 block of McRae Way, Yuba City, was arrested at 10:19 p.m. Saturday by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 99 in Live Oak on suspicion of illegal entry and improper entry by an illegal immigrant. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Mackenzie Jacob Potoczny, 23, of the 700 block of Chestnut Street, Yuba City, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. Saturday by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at Pacific Avenue near Nicolaus Avenue on suspicion of conspiracy. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Johnelle Joseph Walker, 22, of the 24000 block of B Street, Beale Air Force Base, was arrested at 12:39 a.m. Sunday by the CHP on Highway 70 north of Feather River Boulevard. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Norman Ventura Perez, 22, of Grass Valley, was arrested at 9:14 a.m. Saturday by the CHP at New York House and Jerry's roads. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
