Felony Arrests

Ronald D. Elliott, 58, of the 300 block of A Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 10:03 p.m. March 10 at E and Eighth streets on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and transporting a controlled substance. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Bruce A. Scott, 50, of the 5800 block of Garden Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 5:43 p.m. March 10 at his home on suspicion of making criminal threats and possession of a firearm by a felon. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Eduardo G. Ornelas, 27, of the 2600 block of Ramsdell Drive, Live Oak, was arrested by the state Department of Justice at 4:15 p.m. March 10 in the 1300 block of Bridge Street on suspicion of criminal street gang participation and possession of ammunition by a a felon. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Walter Medina, 25, of the 2600 block of Laurellen Street, Live Oak, was arrested by the state Department of Justice at 2:30 p.m. March 10 on Highway 99 at Bridge Street on suspicion of criminal street gang participation and possession of ammunition by a felon. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Driving Under the Influence Arrests

Reginald J. Thomsen, 67, of the 2000 block of Romero Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 5:30 p.m. March 10 at Romero and Valencia. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Mathew W. Cull, 19, of Pleasant Grove, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 9:28 p.m. March 10 at Howsley Road and Highway 99. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Marcy L. Hannum, 43, of Woodland, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:58 a.m. March 10 on Highway 70. She was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
