Felony Arrests
Ernest L. Stillman, 47, of the first block of Palm Street, Sutter, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 1:17 a.m. March 19 on Acacia Avenue on suspicion of controlled substance possession. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
Baldev Singh, 37, of the 500 block of Gray Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 5:45 a.m. March 20 at his home on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
Sarah E. Rorie, 31, of the 120000 block of Edgehill Way, Loma Rica, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 5:35 a.m. March 20 in the 500 block of Gray Avenue on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. She was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
Patricia Toche-Beissel, 30, of the 200 block of Samuel Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 4:19 a.m. March 19 at her home on suspicion of perjury. She was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
Orlain L. Ingraham, 53, of Gridley, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 12:51 a.m. March 19 on Highway 70 on suspicion of controlled substance possession. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
Martha Tapia, 27, of the 1900 block of Hammonton-Smartsville Road, Linda, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:20 p.m. March 19 on Highway 70 on suspicion of possession of false birth documents. She was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
Christopher M. Buttry, 38, of the 400 block of Pine Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 5:43 p.m. March 19 at his home on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
Juan Guzman Hernandez, 30, of Marysville, was arrested by the Glenn County Sheriff's Department at 10 a.m. March 20 at the Rio Consumnes Correctional Center, Elk Grove, on suspicion of possession of a deadly weapon. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail.
