Daryl S. Couts
Daryl Stephen Couts, 49, of Dalton, Ga., died Jan. 8, 2006, at Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton, Ga.
Born in Yuba City, he was a former Yuba-Sutter resident for 39 years.
He worked at Eaulieu of America, a carpet mill in Dalton, Ga., as a truck driver.
Survivors include his wife, Connie Couts of Dalton.; two sons, Joshua Couts of Dalton and Jacob Couts of Houston, Texas; his father, Rudolph “Steve” Couts of Yuba City; four sisters, Deborah Couts-Trask, Kari Couts and Nicki Couts, all of Yuba City and Michele Couts of Reno, Nev.; a brother, Cory Couts of Venice Beach; two grandchildren; and two stepgrandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Cecilia Couts.
Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Services: Services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Peeples Funeral Home in Dalton.
