• Where do you get your news? Plumas Lake Life forum, online and television.

• What keeps you in the Plumas Lake area? The area and my beautiful house, schools and neighbors.

• What aspects about the community attracted you here initially? The prices of the homes and the size of the yards.

• Do you belong to any clubs or organizations in the community? I play on the Plumas Lake Rafters co-ed softball team.

• If you were in charge, what would you change about the Plumas Lake community? I would add big lights to at least one of the new softball parks so the Plumas Lake Rafters could play against other softball teams here in our community.

• What are your favorite places to go in Yuba-Sutter/Mid-Valley/Sacramento area? My favorite places to go in Yuba-Sutter are Blackburn -Talley Park to play softball with my team. There really isn't much to do here yet. My favorite place in Sacramento is Water World in the summer.

• If you were granted one wish, what would you wish for? It would be for all of my family, friends and loved ones to have long healthy happy lives with financial stability.

• Favorite musical group: I've loved AC/DC since my younger years, and now I love Nickelback.

• Favorite television show: "Sons of Anarchy," "Dr. Phil" and "Grey's Anatomy."

• Favorite sports team: Besides the Plumas Lake Rafters, my favorite sports team is The Dallas Cowboys. I also love the Philadelphia Flyers.

• Whom do you most admire and why? God! He has changed my life for the better.

• Tell us about a life-changing experience: When I was 27 years old I went to a church called Abundant Life in Roseville and accepted Jesus Christ into my life. It is the best thing I ever did.

• What was your first job? My first job was working at Peter Piper Pizza in Sacramento when I was 15 years old.

• How would you describe yourself? I would describe myself as very caring, giving, funny, loving and hardworking. I am a great mom and an awesome wife.
