William D. Davis
William Doyle Davis, 76, of Linda died Sept. 2, 2006, at Rideout Memorial Hospital.
Born in Blackgum, Okla., he was a Yuba-Sutter resident for 60 years.
He was the owner of Davis Well Drilling and was a member of Emmanuel Faith Tabernacle.
Survivors include his wife, Bertha Davis of Marysville; five sons, Alan Davis of Marysville, Stephen Davis and Brandon Davis, both of Yuba City, Corey Wilson of Loma Rica and Stuart Wilson of Tennessee; two daughters, Lynn Neal of Marysville and Kris Johnson of Idaho; 15 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, William Davis.
Services: Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Sierra View Mortuary, 4498 Olive Ave., Olivehurst. A service is scheduled at 10 a.m. Friday, also at the mortuary, followed by burial at Sierra View Memorial Park in Olivehurst.
