Marcie DeRossett and Jacob Cavasos, residents of Sheridan, were married Sept. 29 at Wheatland Community Fellowship Church in Wheatland. Pastor John Burns officiated.

A reception followed at Stewart Hall in Sheridan.

The bride is the daughter of Tim and Kathy DeRossett of Sheridan. She was attended by Krista Rankin of Marysville, Jo Moniz of Sheridan, Mandy Miley of Pflugerville, Texas, and her sister, Janeen DeRossett of Lincoln, as bridesmaids.

Attendants also included Sierra DeRossett as flower girl and Travis Moniz as ring bearer. Both are residents of Sheridan.

The bride is a 1999 graduate of Wheatland High School. She works as an inventory control analyst for Teleplan International.

The groom, son of Debbie Olds and Don Flint of Rio Oso, had Jeff Olschowka of Marysville as best man.

Ushers were Robert Mull of Marysville and Lanny Harper of Wheatland.

The groom is a 2001 graduate of East Nicholas High School. He works as a shop foreman at Holt of California.
