Air Force Reserve Airman Simrjit S. Dhoot graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.

The son of Sarbjit Dhoot of Yuba City, he is a 2008 graduate of Yuba City High School.

Air Force Reserve Airman Hailey A. Harris, the daughter of Janna and Mike Harris of Marysville, graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.

She is a 2010 graduate of Yuba County Career Preparatory Charter School.

Navy Seaman Apprentice Ashley E. Tudor graduated with honors from basic electronics technician school at the Center for Surface Combat System Unit, Great Lakes, Ill.

A 2009 graduate of River Valley High School, Tudor joined the Navy in June 2011.

Air Force Reserve Airman 1st Class Leonard Johnson graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.

He is the son of Emma Hirshkork and Leonard Johnson of Yuba City.
