Driving Under the Influence arrests
Orlando Mora, 20, of the 1300 block of Jones Road, Yuba City, was arrested at 2:50 a.m. Feb. 4 at Park Avenue and Franklin Road by the Yuba City Police Department. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
