Felony Arrests

Benjamin L. Sarten, 24, of the first block of East 12th Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 4:45 p.m. Feb. 13 at his home on suspicion of resisting an executive officer. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Bradley R. Beal, 32, of the 1800 block of Buchanan Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff's Department at 11:49 p.m. Feb. 13 on Market Street on suspicion of drunken driving with prior convictions. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail.

Driving Under the Influence arrests

Alejandro O. Guiterrez, 47, of Rio Linda, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 12:24 a.m. Feb. 14 at Second and E streets. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
