Air Force Reserve Airman Donald G. Miller graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.
The son of Lisa Brewster of Yuba City, he is a 2006 graduate of Oroville High School.

Army Pfc. Erin Mackey , daughter of James and Kathline Mackey of Yuba City, graduated from basic combat training at Fort Sill, Lawton, Okla.
She graduated in 1999 from Yuba City High School and received an associate degree in 2011 from Carrington College in Citrus Heights.

Cadet Robert Patrick Montgomery completed Air Force ROTC field training at Maxwell Air Force Base in Alabama and at Camp Shelby in Mississippi.
The son of Craig and Carol Montgomery of Marysville, he is a 2008 graduate of New Life Christian High School.
