Wedding: Gieselman/Isham
Kristen Marie Gieselman and John Howard Isham, residents of San Diego, were married Aug. 6 at Commodore Park inside Lake Wildwood in Penn Valley.
A reception followed in the Oak Room at the area’s new community building.
The bride, daughter of June and Don Wells of Penn Valley and Larry Gieselman of Browns Valley, was attended by Rochelle Eng of San Jose, as her matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were the bride’s sister, Melissa Anderson of Marysville, and the groom’s daughter, Madison Isham of San Diego.
Attendants also included the groom’s nephew, Eli Isham of Roseville, as ring bearer.
The bride graduated from Yuba City High School in 1996 and from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 2002.
She is employed with the WD-40 Company in San Diego as a marketing coordinator.
The groom, son of Bill and Mary Isham of Stockton, was attended by his brother, Jeff Isham of Roseville, as best man.
His twin sons, Jake and Jaren Isham of San Diego, were groomsmen.
The groom is a 1989 graduate of Granite Hills High School in El Cajon.
He is employed with the Casper Company in San Diego, handling outside sales and marketing.
The couple plan a honeymoon in Maui in 2012.
