Elda T. Deniz
Elda Tonia Deniz, 73, of Gridley died July 4, 2005, at her residence.
Born in Biggs, she was a lifetime Mid-Valley resident.
She was a teachers aide for the Gridley School Distict for 35 years.
Survivors include four daughers, Desiree Manes of Gridley, Lisa Bennett of Sacramento, Mary Hilbers of Yuba City and Dena Denza of Oroville; a brother, Tony Reis of Gridley; three sisters, Mary Vieire and Helen Thompson, both of Gridley and Irene Thompson of Gridley.
Donations may be made to Holy Trinity Association in care of Sorensen's Affordable Mortuary, 1804 Highway 99, Gridley.
Services: Visitation is from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday with a rosary recited at 5 p.m., at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial is scheduled at 10 a.m. Monday also at the church. Burial will be in the Gridley Cemetey.
