97th Birthday: Riethman

Gridley resident Frieda Riethman celebrated her 97th birthday with family Sept. 30 at Evergreen Healthcare Center in Gridley.
The celebration was hosted by her sister, Edith Frazier.
She was born Sept. 30, 1912, in Missouri and lived in Yuba City for 25 years before moving to Gridley two years ago.
She worked as a seamstress and loved gardening.
