Letter: Kudos for Stocker for Highlands stand

Thank you, Hal Stocker, for continuing to support Yuba County by standing up against the Yuba Highlands. We cannot afford to lose Beale Air Force Base. We do not want more traffic. We do not have the jobs to support more people. Yuba Highlands will not help our county.
