UPDATE: Body found along highway ID'd as Marysville man

The body of a Marysville man was discovered along Highway 70 this morning by a California Department of Transportation survey crew.
He was identified as 55-year-old Russell Cutcher.
The California Highway Patrol reported the body just before 11:30 a.m. on the highway at Laurellen Road north of Marysville.
No foul play is suspected, and an autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday.
