FELONY ARRESTS
Janis McGirr, 35, of the 10000 block of Adam Avenue, Grass Valley, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:34 p.m. March 14 at Highway 20 and Too Handy Way on suspicion of child cruelty and driving under the influence. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.
David Alden Woolman, 54, of Yuba County, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 11:20 p.m. March 13 at the Sutter County Jail on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury to spouse or cohabitant and false imprisonment. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Richard Alan Stanaland, 26, of the 100 block of Via Leona, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Wheatland Police Department on suspicion of violating another's civil rights, and carrying a concealed weapon. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Andrea Lee Pence, 62, of the 500 block of Teasdale Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 5 p.m. March 14 at the department on suspicion of fraud or deceit to obtain a controlled substance and theft. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Jose Luis Anguiano, 40, of Elk Grove, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 1:58 p.m. March 14 in the 3400 block of Riviera Road, Live Oak, on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Peter Paul Ticknor, 32, of the 3800 block of Railroad Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 12:25 a.m. March 14 in the 1100 block of Stewart Road on suspicion of burglary, receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS
James Edward Langreck, 56, of Reno, Nev., was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 6:15 p.m. March 14 at 10th and C streets, Marysville. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
