FELONY ARRESTS


  • Ramiro Hernandez Palomares, 23, of the 200 block of North Seventh Street, Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 11:38 p.m. March 11 at his residence on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.


  • Marlene Marie Simunic, 34, of the 600 block of Waterfowl Way, Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 9:16 p.m. March 11 at her residence on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. She was booked into Colusa County Jail.


  • Cesar Escobar Arteaga, 31, of Willows and Juan Carlos Escobar Banuelos, 31, of Willows, were arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff's Department at 7:44 p.m. March 11 at the Colusa Casino Resort, Highway 45. Both men were detained on suspicion of receiving stolen property and Escobar Arteaga also was being investigated for burglary. They were booked into Colusa County Jail.


  • Jose Guadalupe Garcia Rodriguez, 19, of the 1000 block of Belle Way, Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 8:55 p.m. March 9 in an alleyway between Sixth and Seventh streets on suspicion of receiving stolen property. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.


  • Kirt Edward McCleary, 56, of the 5500 block of Arboga Road, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 11:20 a.m. March 11 in the 5500 block ofArboga Road on suspicion of receiving a stolen vehicle and possession of a controlled substnace. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.


  • Ricky Day Dixon, 49, of New York Flat Road, Forbestown, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 8 p.m. March 11 in the 700 block of Fourth Street, Marysville, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury to spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.


  • Michael Leroy Hanns, 54, of the 9800 block of Broadway, Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 7:07 a.m. March 12 at Acacia Avenue and Highway 20 on suspicion of making criminal threats. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.


  • Norma Guadalupe Aguirre, 20, of the 8600 block of Township Road, Live Oak, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 7:07 p.m. March 11 at the Target store, 1153 Butte House Road, on suspicion of embezzlement. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.


  • Michael Sean Payne, 40, of the 1200 block of Marina Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 9:20 p.m. March 11 at his residence on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury to spouse and making criminal threats. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.


    DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS


  • Rose Marie McClain, 55, of Gerber, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:55 p.m. March 10 on southbound Interstate 5 south of Lurline Road. She was booked into Colusa County Jail.


  • Ramon Garcia, 24, of the 200 block of Virginia Avenue, Williams, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:28 p.m. March 9 at Virginia Avenue and Highway 20. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.


  • William Manuel Mello, 54, of the 1300 block of Oak Street, Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 2:30 p.m. March 9 in the 600 block of Fremont Street. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.


  • William Carl Baltezare, 21, of the 4700 block of Western Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:19 a.m. March 12 at Garden and Sycamore avenues, Linda. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.


  • Margarel Hallie Castillo, 41, of Oroville, was arrested by the Californai Highway Patrol at 5:15 a.m. March 12 at Highway 70 and El Centro Boulevard. Castillo was booked into Sutter County Jail.
