FELONY ARRESTS
Gerardo Rivas Jimenez, 19, of the 4100 block of Larkin Road, Live Oak, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 4:19 p.m. Dec. 3 at Ninth and F streets on suspicion of possessing a deadly weapon. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
Eric Brandon Lovett, 22, of West Sacramento, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:22 a.m. Dec. 1 on northbound Interstate 5 south of Maxwell Road, Maxwell, on suspicion of receiving a stolen motor vehicle. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
Vincent DePaul Pulido, 61, of West Sacramento, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:55 p.m. Dec. 1 at Fourth and E streets, Williams, on suspicion of carry a concealed weapon in a vehicle, felony marijuana possession and being a felon or addict in possession of a firearm. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
Robert James Reynolds, 48, of West Sacramento, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:44 p.m. Dec. 1 on Highway 20 west of Interstate 5, west of Williams, on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle, being a felon in possession of a firearm, possessing a controlled substance, driving under the influence and violating his probation. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
Jose Salvador Tapia, 25, of the 800 block of Redinger Way, Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 11:09 a.m. Dec. 1 at his residence on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
George Bernard Stewart Jr., 53, of the 6900 block of Dunning Avenue, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 3:10 p.m. at his residence on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Felipe Francisco Zavala, 18, of the 1200 block of Barry Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:22 a.m. Dec. 4 in the 800 block of Lincoln Road on suspicion of vehicle theft. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Michael Patrick Davis, 35, of Redding, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:58 p.m. Dec. 3 at Highway 99 and Catlett Road on suspicion of possessing concentrated marijuana. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Michael Thomas Treat, 34, of the 1700 block of Magnolia Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 6:39 p.m. Dec. 3 in the 2400 block of Mulberry Street, Sutter, on suspicion of corporal injury to spouse. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Alvaro Angulo, 21, of the 100 block of Little John Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba-Sutter Narcotic Enforcement Team at 5:50 a.m. Dec. 3 at his residence on suspicion of cultivating marijuana, providing room for manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of ammunition by a convicted felon and committing a felony while released by a court. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Silvano Angulo, 24, of the 100 block of Little John Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba-Sutter Narcotic Enforcement Team at 5:30 a.m. Dec. 3 at his residence on suspicion of illegal possession of a firearm and committing a felony while released by a court. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Maxamilliano Raymond Mejia, 20, of the 700 block of Bandy Way, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3:13 a.m. Dec. 3 in the 1000 block of Helen Way on suspicion of transporting methamphetamine for sale and vehicle theft. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Jorge S. Saavedra, 20, of First Street, Arbuckle, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:17 a.m. Dec. 3 at the Colusa County Fairgrounds. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
Brent Ian Harner, 28, of Redding, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3 p.m. Dec. 2 on southbound Interstate 5 at the Hahn Road exit, south of Williams. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
Vicki Elizabeth Starke, 44, of the 1700 block of Sandpiper Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:45 a.m. Dec. 3 at E and 7th streets. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Juan Camarillo Gutierrez, 27, of the 1200 block of Plumas Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:47 a.m. Dec. 3 at Highway 70 and McGowan Parkway. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Cornelio Munguia, 33, of Hollywood, was arrested by the Wheatland Police Department at 1:30 a.m. Dec. 3 at Highway 65 and State Street. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Patricia Ann Herrera, 22, of the 1200 block of Northgate Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Wheatland Police Department at 3:07 a.m. Dec. 3 on northbound Highway 65 at Hooper Street. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Yolanda Rios Ramos, 50, of the 800 block of Almond Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9:33 p.m. Dec. 3 at Colusa and Clark avenues. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
