FELONY ARRESTS
Lester Eugene Morgan, 37, of the 1100 block of B Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:40 a.m. Sept. 19 in the 600 block of Queens Avenue on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and illegal possession of a knife. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Kevin Douglas Rawson, 42, of the 1500 block of Tierra Buena Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:50 p.m. Sept. 18 at Highway 20 and Humphrey Road on suspicion of evading an officer. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Sean Brent Thompson, 35, of the 500 block of Reeves Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:11 a.m. Sept. 18 at his residence on suspicion of making criminal threats and gross negligence with a firearm. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Emmett Tyler, 29, of Concord, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 8:25 p.m. Sept. 17 in the 1100 block of Harter Road on suspicion of burglary and issuing a fraudulent check. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Stephanie Louise Smith, 24, of the 1900 block of Harbor Town Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 7:40 p.m. Sept. 17 at her residence on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Marchele Jeanie O'Brien, 46, of the 1800 block of Hile Avenue Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 6:10 p.m. Sept. 17 on the 1700 block of Linda Avenue on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Theodore Christopher Reed, 40, of Citrus Heights, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 4:20 p.m. Sept. 17 at 16 and B streets on suspicion of possession for sale of marijuana, possession for sale of a controlled substance, the transportation, sale and distribution of a controlled substance and possession or purchase for sale of a controlled substance, and evading a peace officer. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Levi William Lankford, 20, of the 1800 block of Meadow Court, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 9:20 p.m. Sept. 17 at his residence on suspicion of making threats of death or great bodily injuring He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Gloria Juanita Alvarez, 52, of the 200 block of Market Street, Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 2 p.m. Sept. 15 at her residence on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon likely to cause great bodily injury. She was booked into Colusa County Jail.
Teiv Chhoun, 62, of Stockton, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff's Department at Davis Ranch at 10:37 a.m. Sept. 16 at Davis Ranch on suspicion of grand theft. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
Francisco Monroy Ramirez, 21, of the 400 block of Theater Road, Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 3:09 a.m. Sept. 17 at Sixth and F streets on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance in prison or jail and driving under the influence. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
Ezekiel Edward Tovani, 23, of the 1400 block of Wescott Road, Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 1:49 p.m. Sept. 17 at his residence on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
