Bakhshish Kaur, 69, of Yuba City died Jan. 22, 2006, at Rideout Memorial Hospital.
Born in Punjab, India, she was a Yuba-Sutter resident for about one year.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Ajit Singh of Yuba City; two sons, Jagdev Singh of Yuba City and Ranbir S. Dosanjh of Fargo, N.D.; two daughters, Devinder Kaur and Ravinder Kaur, both of India; two sisters, Avtar Kaur of and Gurcharn Kaur, both of Canada; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by two sisters.
Services: A prayer service is at 1 p.m. Saturday at Ullrey Memorial Chapel, 817 Almond St., Yuba City. Final prayers and inurnment will follow at the chapel crematory. Giani Nihangh Singh of the Bogue Road Sikh Temple will officiate.
