Dennis P. Kelly, 53, of Williams died Jan. 11, 2006, at Colusa Regional Medical Center in Colusa.
Born in New York, N.Y., he was a Mid-Valley resident for three years.
He was self-employed and owned and operated a lighting business.
Survivors include his wife, Gina Kelly of Williams; four daughters, Robin Hayes of Williams, Carrie Hayes of Fremont, Michelle Dimmick of San Ramon and Denise Kelly of New York; and two grandchildren.
Services: A memorial service is at 1 p.m. Saturday at McNary-Moore Chapel, 107 Fifth St., Colusa.
