Hobbies, interests: I like to go shopping and camping.

What brought you to the Yuba-Sutter area? I moved here 18 years ago with my parents.

What do you like about the Yuba-Sutter area? It's home. I moved to Texas for a year and came back.

Where would you like to settle down someday? I can't think of settling elsewhere — after you've lived her so long, why are you moving?

What is the closest you've been to a famous person? I was in the front row at a Randy Travis concert.

What would you do with a million dollars? Donate it to kids with cancer, to less fortunate people.

What is your dream vacation? Hawaii — I have wanted to go there since I was a kid.

Who has had a strong influence in your life? My grandparents and my oldest daughter.

What did you want to be when you were a kid? A lawyer.

What is your dream job? I'm going back to school in January for accounting.

What would you like to see different in the community? Less drugs.

Favorite book: The "Twilight" series. I have also seen the movies — the books are better.

Favorite movie: "Dirty Dancing."

What is your pet peeve? The side work (at the restaurant); when it isn't done the way I want it done.

What do you like about yourself? That I'm pretty easy going and confident in myself — in what I do at work, that I'm a good mom.
