Harold H. Laux
Harold Haskins Laux, 89, of Williams died April 15, 2006, at Valley West Care Center in Williams.
Born in Grass Valley, he was a lifelong Mid-Valley resident.
A chemical salesman in the agriculture business, he served in the U.S. Army from 1941 to 1945.
He was a member of the Colusa Presbyterian Church and a volunteer coach for the Colusa Little League.
Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Delma Laux of Colusa; a daughter, Cynthia Bextine of Sacramento; three sons, Kirk Laux of Citrus Heights, Harold Laux Jr. of Shafter and Dennis Laux of Henderson, Nev.; a sister, Dorothy Abel of Wyoming; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Donations may be made to a charity of choice.
Services: A memorial service is scheduled at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Presbyterian Church, Fourth and J streets, Colusa. Arrangements are under the direction of McNary-Moore Funeral Service in Colusa.
