Letter: Cost of new water includes old bonds

In response to the July 14 letter written by Mike Mounce (“Smoke and mirrors on water issue?”): Not only will we have to pay for the new water and the metered amount you mentioned, but in addition, we still have to continue to pay the amount we pay now for the bonds used to purchase Hillcrest water.

So add it up and it could add up to a hefty sum.
