Stephanie Owen of Live Oak and Michael Covington of Loma Rica plan to wed June 22 at Willow Creek Events in Browns Valley.
The bride-to-be, daughter of Dave and Vickie Owen of Live Oak, is a 2008 graduate of Live Oak High School.
She graduated from Yuba College in 2011 and is a senior at California State University, Chico majoring in liberal studies with an emphasis on special needs education.
Her fiancé, son of Thomas and Tami Covington of Loma Rica, is a 2007 graduate of Abraham Lincoln Home School Program.
He attended the Yuba College welding program and is employed by Sweco of Sutter as a fabricator welder.
