50th Anniversary: Marshall

Longtime Yuba City residents Bruce and Judy Marshall, the former Judy Smith, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary with family during the Thanksgiving holiday in Yuba City.
The couple met through a mutual friend in Belmont and were married Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 22, 1962, in Reno, Nev.
A US Navy veteran, he retired as a claims operations director for USAA Insurance Company in Sacramento. She retired from Tropical Paradise Dog Grooming in Yuba City.
Both are members of the Gold Wing Touring Association, Chapter T, in Marysville, and spend the summer months in Fort Bragg.
Their family includes two sons, Matt Marshall of Yuba City and Chris Marshall of Eureka; and twin granddaughters.
