Robert P. Martin
Robert P. Martin, 91, of Wheatland died Sept. 20, 2006, at Fremont Medical Center.
Born in El Reno, Okla., he was a Yuba-Sutter resident for six years.
He was an electrician for many years and was a truck driver for almost 40 years.
He was a member of Electricians Union Local 340.
Survivors include four daughters, Shirley Hirschler of Wheatland, Kathy VanGilder of Lancaster, Patricia Hardesty of Tulsa, Okla., and Christine Lamb of Pelican Rapids, Minn.; four sons, Bobby Martin of Wheatland, James Martin and Edward Martin, both of Sacramento and Harold Martin of Lawndale; 51 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two sons, John Martin and Robert Martin.
Services: Private cremation services are under the direction of Ullrey Memorial Chapel in Yuba City.
