Felony Arrests

James R. Stafford, Jr., 38, of Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11:50 p.m. Dec. 12 in the 300 block of Grant Way on suspicion of controlled substance possession. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Shelley A. Atondo, 26, of the 800 block of East 21st Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 6:03 a.m. Dec. 12 at her home on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. She was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Nathaniel L. Gomez, 31, of the 1300 block of Vale Drive, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 10:40 p.m. Dec. 11 at his home on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Brian A. Rice, 35, of the 1000 block of Marysville Road, Dobbins, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:37 p.m. Dec. 12 on Marysville Road. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Christian H. Lemus-Banales, 21, of Stockton, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:24 a.m. Dec. 13 on Highway 99. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
