Letter: Read Measure T, then reject it
As many of you know, Measure T is one of the items we will vote on, and it has become increasingly clear that many voters do know what this measure is about. I believe it is our job to make sure that every Yuba County voter knows exactly what their vote on this measure means to the land owners.
Please contact all of your Yuba County voting friends and let them know they can go to VoteNoOnT.org to read the measure and view the concerns of many Yuba County voters and local organizations. Those of us who have read the measure understand that it is not clear; it is vague at best. Even the letter issued by Yuba County staff to address the many questions voters have about the measure is, in my opinion, vague as to Measure T's outcome.
Know that farmers, the Farm Bureau, the Chamber, and the Association of Realtors, groups made up of Yuba County residents and business owners, have all read the measure and urge a no vote on T.
