Wedding: Amborn/Farley

Emy Amborn and Bret Farley, residents of Minneapolis, Minn., were married June 27 at the Radisson in Roseville, Minn. The Rev. Julie Neraas officiated.

A reception followed at the same site.

The bride, daughter of Chuck and Connie Amborn of Duluth, Minn., had Jessica Kiel of St. Paul, Minn., as maid of honor.

She was attended by Tiffany Roufs of Santa Fe, N.M., Joleen Hadrich of Lansing, Mich., Lisa Burton of Chicago, Ill., and Eric Holst of Seattle, Wash.

Attendants also included Sicilia Amborn and Sophia Amborn of Duluth, Minn., as flower girl and ring bearer, respectively.

The bride is a 2000 graduate of Denfeld High School in Duluth, Minn., and a 2003 graduate of the University of Minnesota Morris, with a bachelor's degree in English.

She is working as a scheduling coordinator and pursuing a master's degree in liberal studies at Hamline University in St. Paul, Minn.

The groom, son of Vinton and Marie Farley of Yuba City, had Guy Farley of Nashville, Tenn., as best man.

He was attended by Craig Martin of Redding, Ted Wilson of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, Jeremy Lostetter of St. Paul, Minn., and Olivia McCoy of Costa Mesa.

Ushers were Joe Farley of Chico and Kevin Ely of St. Paul, Minn.

The groom is a 1999 graduate of Sutter Union High School and earned a bachelor's degree in applied computer graphics from California State University, Chico in 2005. He is working as an assistant animator at Reelworks Animation in Minneapolis, Minn.

Both received diplomas in classical animation in 2006 from the Vancouver Film School in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

The couple honeymooned at Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
