Yuba City residents Kimberly Mitchell and David Cox plan to wed June 14 at Sutter Community Church in Sutter.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Leon and Jeanette Mitchell of Yuba City.

A 2002 graduate of Faith Christian High School, she received a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix.

Her fiancé is the son of Chuck and Cindy Cox of San Bernadino.

He received a bachelor's degree in political science from Westmont College and is a student at University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento.

HOMELESS SHELTER?
Yuba City is considering using the former fire station No. 4 on Walton Avenue as a cold-weather shelter for homeless families. Is this a good idea?
