Wedding: Pettit/Morgan

Brandalen Pettit and Gary Morgan, residents of Plumas Lake, were married Oct. 19 aboard the Commodore Merlot Yacht in San Francisco Bay.

The ceremony was officiated by the yacht's captain who sailed the yacht around the bay during the reception.

The bride is daughter of Pam and Randy Gilbertson of Plumas Lake and the late Wade Pettit. She was attended by her brother, Jay Pettit of Long Beach.

She is a medical secretary at Kaiser Permanente Roseville.

The groom is the son of James and Barbara Morgan of San Pablo.

Groomsmen were Sean Morgan of Fremont and Joel Morgan of San Pablo.

Ushers were Matthew Brown of Pinole, Kevin Carter of Sunnyvale and Derek Johnson of Vacaville.

The groom is a courier for FedEx in Yuba City.

The couple honeymooned at Banff National Park in Alberta, Canada.
