Amanda Pallas and Gavin Elkins, residents of Roseville, plan to wed in September at a winery in Pleasanton.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Nick and Susan Pallas of Antioch.
A graduate of Antioch High School and Sacramento State University, she is a commercial accounts manager for Traveler’s Insurance.
Her fiancé, the son of Gary and Susan Elkins of Marysville, is a graduate of Marysville High School and Sacramento State University.
He is an analyst for Wells Fargo Regional Credit Markets Group.
