Three Cheers Letter: Paper carries appreciated

Three cheers for two outstanding paper carriers: One, Sarah Garret has since retired. The other, Elena Madrigal, is now delivering my paper.
Through rain, fog, extreme cold, the worst weather imaginable, these two ladies have had my paper in front of my door before 5 a.m. without fail. What dedication.
