Letter: Parents can protect kids

I see no need for Yuba County to get involved with the traffic safety problem near Marysville schools. Parents can organize themselves and set up street guards patrols. We can watch and protect our own children from the type of accident that resulted in the death of Julianna Villa-Hopkins.

There is no need for money from any county office. We as parents can patrol the streets before school and after school. If you are interested, let's get organized.
